Yes, LAST Record Preservative can be safely, and effectively applied to shellac records. I myself have shellac records in my collection. I, and others, have found that applying STYLAST Stylus Treatment to a shellac record (using a LAST applicator brush) is more effective at reducing the sonic effects of surface noise and creating a better S/N ratio. Both are completely safe in use with shellac records.Thank you for your query.
