We accept MasterCard and VISA credit cards for all types of orders (online, phone, fax, or mail)



Orders sent by mail or phone can be paid by credit card, check, or money order. Fax orders are credit card only.

Checks and money orders must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Please note that we don't ship the order until your funds clear. This typically delays your order by seven to ten days.

International Orders--We accept credit cards or bank wire transfers as payment form international orders. No checks, money orders or COD.

Sales Tax

Shipments to California -- applicable sales tax is charged on orders delivered to a California address.

Order Confirmation

For orders placed by phone, you will be notified of tracking information as soon as we have it.

Orders placed by fax will be confirmed via fax, please remember to include your fax number.

Shipping

We normally ship within 1 business day after credit card authorization or funds have cleared.  Shipments both domestic and international will be via US Priority Mail in order to insure and track the shipment.

Insurance

All shipments are insured. If an item is damaged during shipping, claims must be placed with the carrier.

Shipping charges in the U.S.

Standard Shipping (Ground) $5.95 - for orders under 2 pounds shipping weight

Expedited Shipping $20.00 - for orders under 2 pounds shipping weight

Shipping is for small sizes - the Large & Professional sizes (4oz, 8oz, 16oz) may require additional shipping charges.  You will be notified of additional charges for your approval.

Shipping of RCM Fluid - Currently, shipping is $13.95 via US Priority Mail within the US.  This is in addition to $5.95 for any other items ordered. 

From the time of shipment, deliveries usually take 1-7 working days.

International Orders
Rates are based on order weight and final destination. Currently, shipping charges cannot be calculated online. We will send you an email with the final total price of your order including shipping. We will not act on your order until we receive an email from you confirming acceptance of the total order price.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed on international orders.

Returns

Lindsay Audiophile Cables are sold with a 30 Day Risk Free Audition (30-day money back guarantee). You may return your Lindsay Audiophile cables anytime during the 30 day audition period. Carefully repack the cables in the original packaging and shipping carton - making sure to write the return authorization on the OUTSIDE of the package. Then ship the cables back to The Last Factory.

Fluids
Fluids are not returnable unless we made an error filling your order.  All shipments are insured.  If an item is damaged during shipping, claims must be placed with the carrier.

If We Made an Error
If we made an error in filling and shipping your order, please contact us. We can arrange for return of the shipment and correct our mistake. We may issue a UPS Call tag, so be sure to save the original shipping container. Please package your return carefully to ensure that it is returned to us in undamaged condition. We cannot make adjustments for returned merchandise that is damaged in transit due to improper packing. Any item returned must be complete with all components and packaging to receive full credit.

Credit
Credit will be issued in the form the payment was received.
